Mr. Pawan Agarwal

Mr. Pawan Agrawal is the Managing Director of the Khyati Foods Pvt Ltd, who chairs the board meetings, reviews and offers directions for the company's overall progress. He was a Member of high powered Quinnequnial Review Team of Indian Council of Agricultural Research (Govt of India) for evaluation of All India Coordinated Research Project on Post Harvest Technology and also member of a Projects Selection team of National Agricultural Innovation Project on biomass based energy generation techniques for the Indian Council of Agriculture Research (ICAR), Govt. of India. He is a member of All India Rose Society and has won many state level rose and horticulture competitions. Earlier, He has been a Board member of the Advisory Committee on Bee Keeping, Govt. of M.P. that promotes modern bee keeping practices with value added products to promote livelihood amongst tribals. He is a member of FICCI and Bhopal Chambers of Commerce and Industries.
Mr. Agrawal has valuable experience of almost 2 decades in the field of agriculture, industry and bio mass. He is a skilled motivator and his leadership is a strategic factor in bringing out the best in the various projects Khyati has handled. His acute market orientation provides a substantial impetus to exploit potential opportunities provided by innovations and emerging technologies in a fast changing environment and hence has conquered new frontiers in an ever expanding world of business. His key strengths are spotting opportunities in the Agri sector and creating profitable businesses through calculated risk.

Ms. Gunjun Agrawal

Ms. Gunjun Agrawal has been managing the Financial Operations of the Group since the past 8 years and has been instrumental in implementing various systems & policies across the Group Companies. Strong business acumen & decision making ability separates her from the rest. Mrs. Agrawal has done her B. E (Electronics & Telecommunication) from GSITS, Indore followed by Masters in Business Administration from Indore University. Mrs. Agrawal is a positive attitude person and hence has driven Khyati from idea conception to realization through her encouraging, inspiring and confident nature. She has amazing inner strength and uses adversity to her advantage. She is a soft-hearted, believes in charity and compassion which allowed Khyati Foods to reach out to farming community associated with the company make a difference in their lives.

Dr. R. T. Patil

Dr. R. T. Patil is Chief Technical Advisor-Innovations to Khyati Foods Pvt Ltd., advising on R&D needs and commercialization of innovations using novel and emerging technologies. The soy processing unit at Khyati based on extrusion expelling process to produce organic soya cakes, soya oil and graded soybean is based on the his research and pilot plant he developed at Soybean Processing & Utilization Centre at Bhopal.

With 35 years of R&D experience in food processing and value addition (FP&VA), he has international exposure about 8 years in countries like USA and Canada for his PhD and Post Doctoral research. He has developed 23 research prototypes, 7 process protocols and 7 pilot plants with 150 published papers in national and international journals and over 100 invited presentations. He is recipient team award from the Government of Polandfor thermal processing of biomaterials and Eminent Engineers Award of Institution of Engineers (India). He has contributed to one US Patent and eight Indian patents. He is an internationally recognized food extrusion expert. His projects have received the funding from NSERC (Canada), NATP (World Bank), USADPLC (USA), WSPC (USA), WSU-Impact Center (USA). Dr. Patil is an elected Fellow of Institution of Engineers (India), Fellow of Indian Society of Agricultural Engineers and Fellow of National Academy of Agricultural Sciences (NAAS) and National Academy of Dairy Science India (NADSI). He was invited speaker to international conferences in Brazil, Canada, Turkey, Afghanistan, and Malaysia

He chaired the BIS standards committee for starches and snack food. He coordinated Jai Vigyan Mission Project of Prime Minister of India on post harvest and management and value addition and steered the growth of Central Institute of Post Harvest Technology for 5 years as Director offering direction to FP & VA research in India with a team of 40 scientists at Ludhiana and two All India Coordinated Research Projects with 49 centres throughout the country.

Dr. Selvam Daniel

Dr. Selvam Daniel is heading the International Operations division of Khyati Foods Pvt. Ltd. The international operations division pertains to development of transnational supply chains and establishment and management of agricultural production, processing and marketing in regions outside India.He is an industrial engineer and an agro-ecologist with vast experience in development of organic and sustainable agro-supply chains in food, textiles and cosmetics. Started his career as an organic and biodynamic farmer, and then progressed to be a development professional and became an expert in compliance management. For the past two decades he has initiated, managed and held various leadership positions in national and international organizations related to organic production, processing and marketing in farmer cooperatives, producer companies, certification agencies and stakeholder networking organizations.He has a perfect knowledge and skills matrix for supply management with expertise in project planning and implementation, understanding the delivery models and coordination of every unit of the agriculture supply chain.

Mr. Salil Gupta

Mr. Salil Gupta is Chief Executive Officer and Director of Khyati Foods Pvt Ltd. Under his leadership Khyati Foods has initiated organic farming and has strengthened 15,000 farmers in India to produce organic produce supplying over 10,000 tons per annum of soybean and soymeal to European and American destinations. He is also involved in value addition activities of organic agriculture especially in Soya and Cotton with a 36,000 MT per annum soy processing unit based on extrusion expelling process to produce organic soya cakes, soya oil and graded soyabean. Since 2012, he has overseen the partnership with rice mills and farmers' groups to produce basmati rice, flax seeds, sesame seed, corn and amaranth seeds.

He is a competent professional with over 13 years of experience in Sales & Marketing/ Business Development/ Dealer Management /Team Management and Operations and also a proactive leader and planner with expertise in strategic planning, market plan execution, account management and pre-sales efforts. He has more than 8 years of experience in heading the management of entire value chain of Organic products for Cotton and Soya products. His responsibilities include Contract Farming - Farmer Registration, Certification, Farm Management, ICS Management, Processing – Organic Soy Meal & Oil Extraction, Organic Cottonseed Meal & Oil, Spices, Business Development – Identifying & Managing key clients in US & Europe, Logistics & Supply Chain – Working out Export, Agreements & Documentation, Distribution, Production Planning - Process Control & Optimization - HACCP Food Safety Regulation – ISO, 9000 Quality Management System Implementation and BRC certification, etc
